DEMISE

 Demise

Finally, it is time of everyone will make a sense with his life.. In 17th July 1991, Sudirman was admitting in ICU hall at Pusat Pengubatan Tawakkal Kuala Lumpur in four days. They have reported he was unexpected fainted and sick in the bed until 7 days. Sudirman was stricken with a disease that was more of the spiritual kind rather than physical. In the Malay world, such illness is believed to be generated through black magic or witchcraft by a bomoh. Modern medical and specialist doctors (including his medical doctor brother Dr. Ruslan) couldn’t remedy or find the source of his ailment. It is said that during his illness, while under the care of his sister, Datin Radiah, he would scream every time the clock strikes twelve midnight. And during those times, at his sister’s house, they would find some strange things like a dead rat or strips of colored papers and other unexplained items strewn into the house compound. In the Malay world, the art of black magic is still alive although not as active as in the old days, and it is still possible to do misery to people.

Sudirman has sickness in 7 month soffered pheumonia..

These bad practices are done by those with dirty, uncivilised hearts, without faith in religion and who will only live to regret in later life. But his family keeps the secret about his sickness about the real illness and place. On 22nd February 1992, Saturday at 4.00 am in 37 years old he was died in his sisters’ home, Rudiah bt haji Arshad,at Lucky Garden Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. Sudirman were sick in 7 month suffered pneumonia. He was buried at Tanah Perkuburan Islam Kampung Cengal, Temerloh Pahang, at 3.45 pm behind his parents’ grave. Many fans come to his buried ritual and the Malaysian Prime Minister, Dr. Mahathir Mohamad also attending the ritual to remember the best entertainer in Malaysia.

ARTIST

ARTIST

The other career of my favorite entertainer, Sudirman he also was active with join in cartoonist career. This is prove in his weekly television shows, Sudirman also showed his talent and ability as an artist. Many a times, he would invite one of his audiences to sit and model, while he sang a song and at the same time take out his paint brushes or art pencil, and sketch or draw the person’s profile. At the end of the song he would have finished his sketch or painting, and the end result shown to the cameras and audience. This talent and skill in simultaneously singing and drawing is not unlike the genius and artistic talent of the popular Australian singer in the 1980’s, Rolf Harris.
